New performance HEI distributor for small and big block 265-454 Chevy engines. This is a brand new distributor not a second, blem, or rebuilt unit. Pefect for upgrading non computer controlled engines. Simple 1 wire hook-up. Has connection for both the older mechanical type tachometer drives commonly found on 1962-74 Corvettes plus a connection for newer electronic tachs.

65,000 Volt coil with with built in high performance ignition module to ensure accurate and reliable timing to 7,500 RPM. True spark alignment for instant throttle response. Hardened shaft and gear for use with flat tappet and most factory roller (non billet) cams. Adjustable vacuum advance. Clear cap with solid brass terminals. Cap is 5" in diameter, can use std. GM HEI caps, rotors, etc.
