Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately. To report a damaged or missing item, you can email us at email@example.com or call us at 515-733-2890 (Option 6).
You must contact us first if you are returning an item. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. We need to gather information from you before we can process a return, so contact us before sending any item back.
Any orders that have been returned by delivery refusal will have all associated shipping charges deducted and a 15% restocking fee assessed. We reserve the right to exchange or refund any item being returned.
Returns are processed within a reasonable time after receipt in the order they are received. Any credit issued will be in the same form of original payment for the item being returned.
